Everything Hardline captures. Automatically.
Phone calls, site walks, and meetings, turned into daily logs, RFIs, tasks, and records without anyone typing a word. Here's the full picture.
Hardline turns your phone calls into notes.

Hardline takes notes on every work call
Inbound and outbound: calls you make and calls you get are both documented, automatically. No “start recording,” no separate app to open. Talk to your subs, suppliers, and supers exactly like you always have.
Two ways to run your number
On your personal number
Keep the line you already use. Route it through Hardline with call forwarding and every call still gets documented. Your caller ID never changes.
As a virtual work phone
Get a new company-owned work number, or port your previous work line. Separate line, separate identity, one device. Your personal number stays personal.
You decide what gets captured
Some people are always off the record
Your spouse, your buddy, your doctor. Flip documentation off for any contact once and their calls are never captured. Not stored, not summarized, nothing.
Deleted means deleted
Accidentally transcribe a personal conversation? Delete a summary once and it’s gone forever.
Questions about caller ID, privacy, or setup?
Read the FAQCapture site walks, meetings, photos, videos, and voice notes.
Hardline’s site capture records a walkthrough with voice, photos, and video, then distills it into an organized punch list and field notes, even with no signal on site.
Built for the field
One-tap record
Hit record when you start your walk. It’s on-demand, not always-on. You decide when Hardline is listening.
Works offline. Syncs when you’re back.
No bars on the 14th floor? Capture keeps running and everything syncs the moment you’re back on signal.
More ways to capture
Video room scan
Scan a room on video and Hardline transcribes the audio and pulls the relevant frames into each punch item.
Multilingual capture
Hardline transcribes multiple languages on phone calls and site walks alike. Crews talk in the language they work in, and the record still gets written.
Compatible with Meta smart glasses

Hardline writes your daily logs, RFIs, tasks, and punch lists.
From a single call or site walk, Hardline automatically generates daily logs, RFIs, tasks, meeting minutes, punch lists, change-order records, and safety forms.
You talk. Hardline writes.
Every document here drafts itself from what was said on a call or a walk, organized and ready to review in minutes, not retyped at the end of the day.
And every document syncs straight into Procore, Autodesk Forma, and Fieldwire. It connects to ChatGPT and Claude, too.

Ask Hardline’s AI anything about your projects.
Hardline’s AI assistant answers questions across all your calls, notes, tasks, and project data, so “what’s the latest on that RFI?” gets a real answer in seconds.
Answers across everything
It reads across every call, note, task, and document on the project. Ask “what did the owner approve last week?” or “what’s outstanding with the mechanical sub?” and get the answer with the receipts.
And it compiles, too
Ask for more than a lookup: turn a chaotic day of calls into a quick summary for your boss, draft the client update, or pull every supply delay from the last week into one list, all compiled from what was actually said on the job.
What’s the latest on that RFI?
RFI 042 (window head detail) came back approved this morning: the architect signed off on Revision B. The one open item from Tuesday’s call with Dana is the sill flashing, and the updated detail is already attached to the RFI in Procore.
