Your field talks. Fieldwire stays updated.
LiveYour calls and site walks become tasks, punch items, daily reports, RFIs, safety observations, and change orders, in Fieldwire on your OK.
What syncs
- Tasks→ Create, assign, update, and pull project tasks from Fieldwire
- Punch items→ Capture punch items as you walk and send them directly into Fieldwire
- Daily reports→ Turn calls and site conversations into structured daily reporting
- Observations & issues→ Capture jobsite issues while they’re being discussed and push them to the right project
- RFIs→ Draft or create RFIs from field conversations — and pull existing RFI context back into Hardline
- Safety observations→ Document safety issues from the field without waiting until the end of the day
- Change orders & T&M→ Capture the conversations behind extra work and turn them into structured change documentation
And it works both ways.
Hardline doesn’t just send information to Fieldwire. It can also read your Fieldwire project data, so your team can ask questions, pull context, and keep records updated without jumping between systems.

Before you connect
Do I set the integrations up myself?
Your Hardline admin connects Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or Fieldwire once in Settings → Integrations. After the connection and permissions are configured, your team can use the integration without setting it up individually.
Is my data private in transit?
Encrypted in transit, and what syncs is controlled by project-level permissions.
What happens when Hardline can’t tell which project a call belongs to?
[Placeholder · state where an unmatched call lands and how it gets assigned]
Can different people sync to different tools?
Yes. Integrations follow role-based permissions, set per project.
