That is one more device to wear, charge, and remember, and it keeps the recording. Hardline is an app for iPhone and Android. It takes notes on both sides of your calls, plus site walks and meetings, and turns them into daily logs, RFIs, punch items, and tasks synced to Procore, Autodesk Forma, and Fieldwire.

Is Hardline a wearable like Pocket?
No. Hardline is an app for iPhone, iPad, and Android, with a Mac app and a web app for the desk. There's no device to wear, charge, or lose. The capture happens on the phone you already carry all day.
Can Pocket record phone calls?
When the device is attached to your phone, Pocket picks up call audio through a contact microphone. When it is off the phone, or out of charge, the call is missed. Hardline takes notes on both sides of a call through carrier-level call forwarding, with no hardware.
Does Pocket generate RFIs, daily logs, or punch lists?
No. Pocket produces transcripts, summaries, action items, and mind maps. Turning a conversation into an RFI, a daily log entry, or a punch-list line is left to the user. Hardline produces those construction documents directly.
What does Hardline sync to Procore, Autodesk, and Fieldwire?
Any field reporting Hardline creates can sync to Procore, Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud), and Fieldwire: daily logs, RFIs, issues, observations, punch items, tasks, and meeting minutes.
Does Hardline store audio recordings?
No. Hardline transcribes in real time, discards the audio, and keeps only the transcript and the documents it creates. Keeping audio out of the system means less exposure if anything is ever breached, requested, or repurposed.

Accuracy and human review. Hardline uses construction-trained AI that reaches roughly 98% accuracy based on customer usage data. What it creates is a draft your team reviews and edits; most teams review and approve in under 10 minutes.
Offline and field reality. Phone calls need cell signal like any call. On-site capture for walks and in-person meetings works offline: it runs on the device and generates the summary once you are back in range.
