Ask ChatGPT or Claude about your own jobs

How the MCP connector works
ChatGPT prompt: write this week's owner update for the Lakeside job from my calls and site walks
ChatGPT prompt: draft my daily log from site walks and calls
ChatGPT prompt: draft an email to subcontractors with site meeting takeaways
ChatGPT prompt: match this week's calls to the open RFIs in Procore
ChatGPT prompt: check emails, calls, and site walks and generate a full owner email update

Connectors require a paid Claude or ChatGPT plan.

Don’t see the tool you run?

Tell us what you run. If your record needs to land somewhere we don’t list, we want to know about it. Most requests come from an email like this one.

Set up once. Then work like usual.

Questions teams ask before connecting

Do I set the integrations up myself?

Your Hardline admin connects Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or Fieldwire once in Settings → Integrations. After the connection and permissions are configured, your team can use the integration without setting it up individually.

Is my data private in transit?

Encrypted in transit, and what syncs is controlled by project-level permissions.

Is my call data used to train AI models?

No. Your call data is never used to train AI models. Your transcripts and project records stay yours, and Hardline does not sell or share them without your written consent.

If I delete a call in Hardline, does it delete from Procore?

No. Deleting a call in Hardline does not remove anything from Procore. Hardline never deletes records in a connected tool.

Can different people sync to different tools?

Yes. Integrations follow role-based permissions, set per project.
