It lands in the tools your team already uses

Procore, Autodesk, and Fieldwire connect directly: your OK is the only step between the draft and your systems. Through MCP, Hardline also connects to the spreadsheets, files, email, and chat your office runs on.

Integration guide

Put field conversations to work in the tools you already use.

The delivery date from a supplier call. The scope change from a site walk. Bring that information from Hardline into your connected software, without copying notes between apps.

Select a tool to see how it connects. Actions vary by platform, plan, and the permissions your administrator grants.

How do these connections work?

Hardline uses MCP, a shared connection standard, to work with supported software through an account you authorize. Available actions depend on the tool you connect.

Ask ChatGPT or Claude about your own jobs

How the MCP connector works
ChatGPT prompt: write this week's owner update for the Lakeside job from my calls and site walks
ChatGPT prompt: draft my daily log from site walks and calls
ChatGPT prompt: draft an email to subcontractors with site meeting takeaways
ChatGPT prompt: match this week's calls to the open RFIs in Procore
ChatGPT prompt: check emails, calls, and site walks and generate a full owner email update

Connectors require a paid Claude or ChatGPT plan.

Questions teams ask before connecting

Do I set the integrations up myself?

Your Hardline admin connects Procore, Autodesk Forma, or Fieldwire once in Settings → Integrations. After the connection and permissions are configured, your team can use the integration without setting it up individually.

Is my data private in transit?

Encrypted in transit, and what syncs is controlled by project-level permissions.

Is my call data used to train AI models?

No. Your call data is never used to train AI models. Your transcripts and project records stay yours, and Hardline does not sell or share them without your written consent.

If I delete a call in Hardline, does it delete from Procore?

No. Deleting a call in Hardline does not remove anything from Procore. Hardline never deletes records in Procore, Autodesk Forma, or Fieldwire.

Can different people sync to different tools?

Yes. Direct integrations follow role-based permissions, set per project.

How are MCP connections different from direct integrations?

Direct integrations with Procore, Autodesk Forma, and Fieldwire are built by Hardline, with each output mapped to a place in the tool. MCP connections use the platform’s own MCP server or one run by a provider, so what Hardline can read or do depends on that server’s tools, your plan, and the permissions your administrator grants.

Can I connect a tool that isn’t listed?

If the platform runs an MCP server, Hardline can authenticate and connect to it. Tell us what you run and we’ll help you check.
